1) What is the validity of MESfone SIP card?
MESfone SIP is valid for one year or 180 days from first use.
2) What are the system requirements for
PC2Phone?
Users will need an Intel Pentium and Microsoft Windows based PC with
Internet access, full duplex sound card, as well as a good speaker
and microphone or headset with microphone. Minimum data transmission
of 40 kbps is required. 3) What
do I do if I need to reinstall my PC2Phone dialer?

reinstall your dialer. 4) Which
version of Microsoft Windows that PC2Phone can operate on?
PC2Phone can operate with Windows OS version:
a) Windows 98 SE
b) Windows ME

d) Windows XP 5) What do the
buttons on the dialer mean?
The
“Acct/PIN” button is where you can enter your account number and PIN
number for authentication. Take note that the "Save account/pin”
should be unchecked if you're using a shared (multiple users) PC to
make a call.
The
“Call Log” button is where you can check the call details such as
the date/time, duration of the call that was made. The destination
numbers and the amount deducted for the call is also shown here.
You can also find your credit balance left from this button.
The
“Rates” button is where you can check the per min rate charged for
making a call to the various destinations listed.
The
“Help” button will bring you back to this page.
The
“Menu” button has 3 sub options:
1. Settings – This is for advance settings if your PC is behind a
firewall
2. Audio Tuning Wizard – This is to tune the sound card (microphone
and speaker) in your PC
3. Address Book – This is to manage your contacts in an easy
click-and-dial way so that you do not have to remember your called
numbers. 6) How do I control
the volume of my PC speaker and microphone?
The volume control seen as
on
the dialer is use to reduce or increase the volume of your PC
speaker or microphone. Shifting the volume bar to the left will
decrease the volume and shifting it right will increase.
7) How do I check the card balance that is
left in my account?
Click on the button

8) I am unable to make a call. What do the
error messages on the PC2Phone dialer mean?
- Invalid account: The account number that you have entered is
invalid.
- Wrong password: The pin number that you have entered is invalid.
- Account in use: The account is already in use.
- Zero balance: The monetary value balance in the account is zero or
is insufficient.
- Card expired: The account has already expired.
- Credit Limit: The monetary value left in the account is
insufficient to make the call.
- Not authorized: The account is blocked.
- Called number blocked: You are not allowed to make call to the
destination number.
- Service not available: The PC2Phone dialer is unable to
connect to our server.
- Invalid telephone number: The destination number that you are
trying to call is invalid.
- Not found: The destination number that you are trying to call is
unreachable. |
